HomeGrade does not conduct independent investigations or verify the completeness of any data source.
All information provided in HomeGrade reports is sourced from third parties including public records, review platforms, and online community forums. Data sourced from public forums, review platforms, and community discussions reflects the opinions of third-party users and has not been independently verified by HomeGrade. HomeGrade is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of user-generated content included in reports. HomeGrade reports reflect publicly available data at the time of generation and may not reflect current conditions. You should not rely solely on a HomeGrade report when making hiring decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence before hiring any contractor.
Reports generated by HomeGrade are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, professional, or financial advice. HomeGrade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Better Business Bureau, the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors, or any other data source referenced in reports.
All report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your report, contact us at support@gethomegrade.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Reports are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or use HomeGrade reports for any commercial purpose without express written consent from HomeGrade.
HomeGrade shall not be liable for any decisions made — or damages resulting from decisions made — based on information contained in a report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeGrade’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
By purchasing a report, you agree that HomeGrade may contact you via email regarding your report, contractor status updates, and service announcements. You may opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by replying to any HomeGrade email with the word “unsubscribe” or by following the unsubscribe link included in each message.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
